Referral Appreciation Program Terms and Conditions

1. Referral rewards are earned on paying subscribers who have made two monthly payments.
2. Referral rewards cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offer.
3. IXACT Contact will validate referral partner names on a “Best Efforts” basis but is not responsible for accurate entry of Referral Name by referred subscriber.
4. Referral rewards have no cash value, and are not transferable or redeemable in any way.
5. Outstanding referral rewards are cancelled in the event that the referral partner cancels their subscription with IXACT Contact.
6. IXACT Contact reserves the right to validate referrals submitted via email or phone.
7. IXACT Contact reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the program at its sole discretion.
