Whose data is it? When I put my client information on the servers, who owns it and who can see it?
Your client information is 100% yours. No one else can see it or use it.
Do you share or sell my client or personal information to anyone?
Absolutely not! As a customer of IXACT Contact, all of your client data and your personal information (including your email address) is private and will never be sold, rented, shared, reviewed, loaned, or in any way used by anyone but you. For additional security, please do not share your login information with anyone.
What happens to my contact records if I cancel?
Your contact database belongs to you, not us. If you cancel your real estate contact management account you can easily download your contact records into a convenient EXCEL spreadsheet format.
Can I import my contact database from another system?
Yes. You can import your contacts into our real estate CRM from a wide variety of popular contact management systems including:
- Outlook
- Outlook Express
- ACT!
- Top Producer
- and many others.
Can more than one person, or a team, use the same real estate contact management account?
Yes. IXACT Contact is designed so that multiple members of a team can access the real estate CRM simultaneously. All users share the same login and have shared access to the entire system including contacts, calendar, tasks, etc.
There is no additional charge for additional users.
Is IXACT Contact difficult to learn?
No. Compared to the other real estate contact management systems IXACT Contact is remarkably easy to learn and use. In fact, we've designed it so that busy Realtors can be up and running quickly.
First of all, it's web-based. So there's no software to install or worry about. And secondly, all the features are intuitive and easy to follow.
Most software is over-developed and includes more features than you could possibly learn and use. IXACT Contact, by contrast, has only those features you need in order to build loyal relationships with hot prospects, past clients and business-to-business referral sources. You'll use them all… because they're important and easy to use.

Yes. You can set up most mobile computing devices to synchronize wirelessly with IXACT Contact. That way you can access your contact database, calendar and task list anytime, anywhere — knowing that it's always up-to-date.

If you’ve got an iPad or other tablet, you can either sync with IXACT Contact and/or run the full IXACT Contact application on your iPad/tablet in a browser window – the choice is yours! Either way, IXACT Contact is 100% compatible.
How is my data backed up?
Since all of your information is stored on our safe, secure servers, you never need to worry about backing up your data yourself. Of course, we perform our own daily backups to protect against unlikely catastrophic events.
How much does your real estate CRM cost?
No matter what, your first 5 weeks are always FREE. Once the trial period expires and your subscription automatically begins, you’ll get all the business-building benefits of IXACT Contact for just $34.95 per month, or $377.46 per annum if you selected the annual payment plan with 10% discount.
Smartphone Wireless Synchronization is also FREE. There’s no setup or license fee and no monthly fee.*

How do I verify that I am a “Rookie REALTOR®” so that I can qualify for six free months?
You can verify your first year status by sending us a copy of your real estate license, certificate or diploma, or a signed letter from your Broker. Your document can be sent by:
