Social Intelligence searches over 100 publicly available sources to locate contacts’ data, helping keep the agent’s CRM data fresh and accurate. Social Intelligence will also capture and display each contact’s photo directly in the contact profile page, and when there is more than one photo for a contact, the agent can choose which one to display.
