Cancellation & Data Deletion Request

If you would like to cancel your IXACT Contact account, please send an email request to support@ixactcontact.com.

Once your account is cancelled, you will not be able to log in to access your data. If you have an IXACT Contact Agent Website or Social Stream with your account these will also be cancelled. You may request for the data in your account to be deleted at the time of cancellation, or delete the data yourself while still accessible, prior to cancellation.

Data stored in the account at the time of cancellation is kept for a holding period of 18 months, in the event you would like to reactivate your account and continue where you left off.  After the holding period has passed, your account and data will be automatically deleted and the account removed from our systems.  At that time, if you wish to use IXACT Contact again, you will be required to set up a new account here.
