In keeping with the season, IXACT Contact real estate CRM released a couple of enhancements earlier this week, which makes the real estate software even easier and quicker to use.
The “List View” of your contacts allows you to efficiently work with a selected group of contacts in a familiar tabular format.
We have enhanced the value of List View by adding the following functions:
• The ability to mass assign an Activity Plan to a selected group of contacts.
• The ability to mass assign multiple contacts as belonging to one or more Groups.
In addition, for those of you with large databases, we have added paging to improve the overall speed and performance of Contacts List View. Paging works just like the contact simple search screen, so there is nothing new to learn. Truly fast, efficient, and easy real estate marketing!
And finally, you’ll notice that you can now hit the Enter key using the contact search field in the left column, rather than having to click the search icon. A small enhancement, but one that’s been MUCH requested!
