4. Keep it Real
Businesses are always setting goals and have a big picture of how things should be further down the road, but they also understand when things aren’t working, and they do something about it. Take a step back and ask yourself if everything you’re doing will be worth it in the future. Ask yourself if your time is being spent to benefit you in the long run, and if it’s not — fix it.
5. Get Creative
Every business has a creative team behind it whose sole purpose is to craft creative ideas and solutions. As your own business you have to be this creative entity, but sometimes this can be hard with all of the other tasks that come along with being an Agent.
